1. The Service
The Service is software for running hospital and clinic operations: appointments, consultations, wards, lab, pharmacy, billing, insurance claims and patient follow-up. It includes AI features that draft notes, prescriptions and discharge summaries for doctors to review.
2. Clinical responsibility
- The Service assists doctors and staff. It does not diagnose, treat or make clinical decisions.
- AI drafts and warnings, including drug interaction warnings, are aids for the doctor to consider. They may be incomplete or wrong.
- A draft is saved to the record only after a doctor reviews and signs it. The signing doctor is responsible for its content.
- The facility remains responsible for patient care, for the qualifications of its staff, and for complying with medical, pharmacy and records laws that apply to it.
3. Accounts and access
The facility appoints an administrator who creates user accounts and assigns roles. Users must keep their sign-in details private and must not share accounts. The facility is responsible for activity under its accounts and should remove access for staff who leave.
4. Sandbox
The sandbox is free for 14 days and comes with sample patients. It is meant for evaluation only. Do not enter real patient information into a sandbox. Sandbox data is deleted when the sandbox ends.
5. Licences and fees
- Plans are licensed by facility size: number of doctors for Clinic, and number of beds for Nursing Home and Hospital.
- Fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as chosen at purchase. Taxes are added where applicable.
- If the facility grows beyond its plan, we will agree the move to the right plan with the administrator before any change in fees.
- If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after its due date, we may limit the account to read-only access after giving written notice. Records are never deleted for late payment while the account is open.
6. Your data
All patient and facility data entered into the Service belongs to the facility. We process it only to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. The facility can export its data at any time, including for 60 days after the end of its licence.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold;
- try to access another facility's data or bypass role-based access;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service;
- overload, scan or attack the Service or its infrastructure.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside common OPD hours with advance notice. Support channels depend on your plan, as listed on the pricing page.
9. Training and onboarding
On-site training is included in every plan. Dates are agreed with the facility. Onboarding for the Hospital plan follows a written plan agreed before go-live.
10. Ending the agreement
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing month. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. We may end an account for serious breach of these terms after written notice and a reasonable chance to fix the breach.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by the facility in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, which remain the responsibility of the treating doctors and the facility, or for indirect losses such as loss of revenue.
12. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will notify administrators at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means the facility accepts the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
